That’s why I only drink beer brewed by a sole proprietor. Once someone makes an LLC, the beer becomes terrible.

I’ll drink whatever if it tastes good but I like going to local brewers. Unfortunately the really good ones get big, make compromises for distribution purposes or ultimately just sell out. I mean when Busch walks into your little office and opens a briefcase, what does one expect?
